We are seeking a highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow within the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office activities, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Handle payroll processing, employee records, and HR-related tasks.
  • Assist in financial management, including invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace regulations.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive support.
  • Maintain an organized and professional office environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
