We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, researching, and qualifying potential clients to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and social media to identify potential clients
- Provide accurate and timely information to management to inform business decisions
Skills & Attributes Required:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven experience with cold calling and lead generation
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong project and time management skills to meet targets and deadlines
