Guest Relation Officers Required for a newly build Service Apartment Building in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

Manager (Admin & Marketing) is expected to prepare & execute marketing plan to successfully run service apartments building
Establish an enabling team to establish brand name through dedicated, secured and personalize services
Ensure provision of requisite facilities and competitive decent environment to the customers.
Relationship Manager/Officers to interact with the guest at every possible comfortness of the Customer Journey
Expertly handle guest concerns and know when it is appropriate to bring an issue to management
Partnering with other restaurant employees to ensure that the restaurant is clean, well maintained, and ready to meet guests’ needs at all times
Paying special attention to assist families with children and guests with special needs (e: g helping to find seating, carrying trays etc.)
Sharing the latest restaurant promotions and special offers with guests, including deals on the Pay app etc.
Identifying potential areas of improvement and sharing these opportunities with management
Candidate must have a good appearance should relevant experience in hospitality and hotel management, dealing with guests, fulfillment their orders and requirements, coordinate with kitchen and staff for timely order delivery.
Experience of hotel management and top notch restaurant will be added advantage
