As a Helpdesk Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming client calls and providing remote assistance for their IT needs.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.
  • Documenting client interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.

Qualifications:

  • Recent university graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
