Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Resource planning and dispatching of Service Team.
  • Coordinate with HR/Admin for traveling accommodation related matters
  • To update & maintain KPIs log/dashboard & record keeping
  • To maintain correspondence with the service team, follow up on tasks, reports, planning and addressing any administrative support needed
  • To create workflows and SOPs for the service team based on requirements as per Line Manager /HOD instructions
  • To coordinate in planning & arranging skill development sessions (technical & soft skills)
  • To process the expense claims & submission to HR
  • To update, maintaining & follow-up on Service Quotations-to-Invoicing cycle in coordination with Finance department.
  • Coordination with Clients, Line manager, intercompany departments

Skill Requirement & Competencies:

  • Experience in office/service coordination or in a similar role
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills including ability to interact effectively with multicultural teams.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
