Kozmek Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is an EPC-based firm providing engineering solutions to the construction industry. With experienced staff and qualified engineers, Kozmek Engineering is looking to expand. Currently, we are looking for a female accountant/administrator for a full-time role. Applicants from Rawalpindi and Islamabad will be preferred.
Educational Background:
Qualified or ongoing CA/ACCA
Required Skills:
1. Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
2. Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
3. Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
4. Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
5. Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors6. Good organizational and time-management abilities
Responsibilities:
1. Process bank deposits
2. Reconcile financial statements
3. Prepare, send and store invoices4. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
5. Submit tax forms and handling IRS, FBR, SECP, PEC registrations and bookkeeping.
6. Identify and address discrepancies
7. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
8. Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Rs15,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
