We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a technical lead. The hired resource will oversee the development and delivery of software projects. This role involves leading a team of developers, designing system architecture, and ensuring the implementation of best practices.

Your impactful Goals will include:

Understanding the project requirements: Needs to have a clear understanding of the project requirements, including the business goals.
Develop and maintain system architecture and design documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead and mentor a team of developers using the .NET framework, ReactJS, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET Core, LINQ and Entity Framework.
Designing software applications: Should be able to design and implement scalable and robust applications and ensure the code quality and performance of applications.
Debugging and testing applications: Must be able to debug and test the applications to ensure they meet the project's requirements and are free of errors.
Collaborating with team members: Should be able to work closely with other developers, designers, and project managers to ensure that the software application is delivered on time and meets the project requirements.
Maintaining and updating software applications: Maintaining and updating software applications to ensure they continue to meet the project's requirements and function as intended.
Keeping up to date with emerging trends: Should keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies to ensure that the software application is using the latest and most efficient techniques.
Providing technical support: Needs to provide technical support to end-users to help them use the software application properly.

Functional Skills Requirement:

Must have 07 ~ 10 years of experience in full stack application development using .NET Core, C# and ReactJS.
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development processes.
Must have ability to work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and write the stored procedures & create complex queries.
Must be able to work with .NET 6 and above, APIs.
Must have experience of Azure services such as Blob Storage, Azure functions, logic apps, app service etc.
Knowledge of Cosmos DB and Azure DevOps including CI/CD pipelines.
Good to have ability to build reusable components and front-end modules in Angular.
Good to have knowledge of container based and event-based architectures.
Good to have knowledge of Data Warehouse / ETL techniques.
Previous experience in technical leadership or team lead role.
Ability to solve problems quickly and completely with proactive involvement.
Team player with good communication skills and positive attitude towards work.
Perform Code Reviews and maintain project documentation.
