- Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, reviewing and approving general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing training and performance reviews and supervising daily operations to meet deadlines.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting, collaborate with departments for accurate projections, and monitor financial performance to recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure financial transactions comply with internal controls, policies, and regulations, managing audits with internal and external auditors.
- Oversee cash flow management for efficient fund use and timely payments, while ensuring accurate and timely tax filings.
- Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making and support business initiatives through financial analysis
