Lead the preparation and review of tender documents, ensuring that all technical, commercial, and legal aspects meet client requirements and internal standards.
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients and suppliers during the tendering process, ensuring favorable terms for the company while managing risks effectively.
Conduct risk assessments for tender proposals, identifying potential issues with pricing, deliverables, and legal obligations, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with project managers, legal, finance, and procurement teams to ensure tender submissions align with organizational capabilities, budgets, and compliance.
Oversee the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring deadlines are met and all documentation is accurate and complete
Ensure a smooth transition from tender to contract execution, monitoring compliance with terms during the initial implementation stages.
