We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team as an Outbound Call Sales Agent for our digital marketing business. As an outbound call sales agent, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and engage in consultative selling conversations to understand their digital marketing needs.

2. Present our range of digital marketing services and solutions to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and effective communication.

4. Identify and qualify leads to create a pipeline of potential customers.

5. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for driving sales growth.

7. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.

3. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

4. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Familiarity with CRM software and ability to manage and update customer data.

6. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and services is a plus.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

8. High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients and colleagues.
