The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members, and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in project management methodologies, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget estimation.
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Coordinate resources and team members to ensure project progress is on schedule.
  • Monitor project tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate project team members.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project risks and issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure that the project deliverables meet the required standards and criteria.
  • Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports.
  • Ensure all project documentation is completed and archived properly.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
  • Proficient in project management methodologies
  • Strong understanding of project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional project teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with different stakeholders and team members.
