Deputy Manager Commercial

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Manager Commercial to oversee operations related to greige fabric. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in procurement, team leadership, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement processes for yarn, fabric, and conversion.
Ensure thorough product knowledge and hands-on experience in procurement activities.
Lead and mentor a team to achieve departmental goals.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts effectively.
Monitor market trends to make informed procurement decisions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Requirements:

A graduate in a relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience in the textile industry.
In-depth knowledge of yarn, fabric, and greige fabric processes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
