- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team
- Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Background in the manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience with ERP software Odoo preferred.
