Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support Purchase department/end user on all day-to-day functions/requirements.
- Collection of rates of approved items and preparation of comparative statement.
- Monitoring pricing, and contacting suppliers/vendors for items.
- Source, select and negotiation of pricing.
- Maintaining the record of Routine and Non-routine items.
Requirements:
- D.A.E. / I.COM / B.A.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Basic math skills and reasoning skills.
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and relationship building personality.
- Familiarity and experience with a wide range of technical and non-technical items.
