We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role primarily focuses on recruiting and managing talent in the call center industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the call center industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Source and recruit qualified candidates for various call center positions.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including orientation.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster positive employee relations and address any HR-related concerns.
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with all team members.

Performance Management:

  • Collaborate with supervisors to monitor employee performance.
  • Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Assist in conducting regular performance reviews.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Assist in managing employee benefits, including health insurance and leave policies.
  • Administer payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Participate in salary negotiation processes.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain HR databases and personnel files.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics for management.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the call center industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Salary Range: The salary for this position ranges from 50,000/- to 70,000/- + KPIs per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
