We are seeking a Digital Ads & PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Amazon Ads. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in running and managing PPC campaigns, eCommerce advertising, and performance marketing. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to improve ROI while working in US-aligned hours or with a few overlapping hours with Pakistan.

Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Amazon Ads.
  • Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ad performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, ACOS, CPA) and optimize for better ROI.
  • Create and manage ad creatives, copywriting, and A/B testing to improve engagement.
  • Track and analyze ad performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Amazon Advertising Console.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Develop remarketing strategies to re-engage potential customers.
  • Stay updated with advertising trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the marketing and eCommerce teams to align ad strategies with business goals.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on ad performance with recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC, eCommerce advertising, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Amazon Advertising Console.
  • Hands-on experience with keyword research and audience segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize ad performance.
  • Excellent communication skills in English for client interactions.
  • Willing to work US-aligned hours or overlap with US time zones.

Nice to Have, but Not Mandatory

  • Experience managing YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Snapchat Ads.
  • Knowledge of Amazon FBA, eCommerce product listings, and marketplace strategies.
  • Understanding of SEO and organic marketing strategies.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills for ad creatives.
