The SEO Executive at H-Verse will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve the website’s visibility, organic traffic, and ranking across search engines. The role requires a deep understanding of current SEO practices, technical optimization, content development, and data analysis to ensure H-Verse maintains its competitive edge online.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Audit & SEO Health Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to evaluate the website’s current performance, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, user behavior, bounce rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Review the URL structure for SEO best practices and ensure URLs are clean, descriptive, and keyword-optimized.
  • Identify and resolve broken links, 404 errors, and implement 301 redirects to preserve link equity.
  • Check for duplicate content issues and implement canonical tags where necessary.

2. Technical SEO Optimization

  • Analyze website loading speed using tools like Google Page Speed Insights and GT-Metrix; implement solutions to enhance site performance.
  • Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and performs optimally across all devices.
  • Use Google Search Console to monitor crawlability, indexing status, and resolve any issues with blocked resources or errors.

3. Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct target audience analysis to identify relevant keywords using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
  • Identify primary and long-tail keywords aligned with H-Verse’s products and services.
  • Perform competitor analysis and keyword gap analysis to find opportunities where H-Verse can outperform competitors.

4. On-Page SEO Optimization

  • Ensure proper keyword integration into web content, product descriptions, service pages, and blog posts while maintaining readability.
  • Optimize title tags, Meta descriptions, and header tags (H1, H2, H3) for SEO best practices.
  • Optimize images by including relevant alt text and compressing images to improve site speed.

5. Content Creation & Optimization

  • Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, product pages, and landing pages.
  • Regularly update and refresh existing content to ensure it remains accurate and competitive.
  • Use clear structure and keyword density to enhance the user experience without keyword stuffing.

6. Backlink Acquisition & Strategy

  • Build high-quality backlinks from authoritative sites in relevant industries to improve domain authority.
  • Identify guest blogging opportunities and develop valuable content that includes backlinks to hverse.com.pk.
  • Implement broken link-building and unlinked mention reclamation strategies.

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Analyze user behavior, track key metrics such as keyword rankings, bounce rates, and conversions, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present monthly SEO reports with detailed performance reviews and recommendations.

8. Social Media Pixel Integration & Tracking

  • Implement Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and other social media tracking pixels to optimize ads, track conversions, and build targeted audiences.
  • Set up custom events and audience segmentation based on user behavior to improve ad targeting.

9. Error Identification & Fixes

  • Identify and fix 404 errors, server issues, and JavaScript problems to maintain optimal user experience and SEO health.
  • Resolve indexing issues related to blocked pages, canonicalization, and other SEO obstacles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
  • Experience with website analytics and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve SEO issues promptly.
