Key Responsibilities

User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, create user personas, and design solutions that meet users' needs and improve overall user experience.
Visual and Interaction Design: Create high-quality design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for both web and mobile applications.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define product strategy and ensure cohesive design across all platforms.
Design System: Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
User Testing: Conduct and analyze usability tests, and use data-driven insights to iterate on design solutions.
Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes that bring design concepts to life and demonstrate how the final product will function.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to align on product vision and user experience improvements.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our products are innovative and competitive.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. A master’s degree or additional certifications in design is a plus.
