Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  • Coordinate and support meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for various departments.
  • Assist in HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Support financial processes, including invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
