We are seeking an experienced Consultant Pediatrician with ICU management expertise for placements in government hospitals across Saudi Arabia, including cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Khobar. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in an advanced healthcare setting, providing critical and comprehensive care to young patients.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage ICU cases for pediatric patients, providing specialized and intensive care as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for critically ill children.
Lead and guide medical staff, including residents and nurses, in pediatric intensive care procedures.
Monitor and adjust treatments based on patient progress, ensuring adherence to international care standards.

Requirements:

MBBS with specialized qualifications in pediatrics and ICU management experience (FCPS, FRCS, or equivalent).
Valid medical license and certifications.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Pediatric Consultant with ICU experience.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient and family care.
Willingness to relocate and adapt to Saudi Arabia’s healthcare environment.

Critical Care Proficiency: Skilled in managing complex pediatric ICU cases, including ventilation and life-support.
Diagnostic Accuracy: Proficient in interpreting pediatric diagnostics and monitoring equipment.
Emergency Response: Expertise in emergency procedures like intubation and line insertions.
Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work within a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
