Responsibilities:

Craft effective, timely proposals for job posts.
Manage Upwork profiles and communication with lightning-fast responses via laptop and mobile.
Identify high-potential clients by evaluating their history, earnings, and project areas.
Conduct excellent market, project, and technology research.
Take clear, organized notes and write detailed meeting minutes.
Be positive, a good listener, self-motivated, and proficient in grammatically correct English.

Plus Points:

Exceptional English grammar and communication skills, ideally with a strong educational background.
A background in Computer Science or Software Engineering is a plus but not required (college dropouts are welcome!).
Proven track record of writing winning proposals.
Experience in lead generation.
Fast typing speed
