Responsibilities:

  • Handle clerical work for the restaurant or cafe, including recording daily sales, inventory and employee attendance.
  • Assist in managing personnel files, arranging interviews, training and daily personnel affairs.
  • Responsible for basic office equipment maintenance and file organization.
  • Support the daily affairs of the finance department, such as sorting bills and recording simple accounts.
  • Coordinate communication with suppliers and customers, and handle clerical work such as orders and invoices.
  • Assist the manager to complete other temporary tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school or college degree, secretarial or administrative work experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with office software (such as Microsoft Office).
  • Careful and patient, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, with good organization and time management skills.
