Role and responsibilities:
- Organization's sales and marketing strategies for local and Oversees client
- Develops strategic sales and marketing objectives.
- Leads the marketing team and excellent marketing techniques for social media and other digital media campaigns
- Managing budgets and evaluates sales performance.
- Managerial duties to meet the company's Marketing goals and existing client engagement.
- Overall working on leads conversion rate.
- Customer acquisition cost.
- Sales representative productivity and leaderboard.
- Skills and Requirements;
- Bachelor's/ Masters degree in marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Good knowledge about the real estate sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clients.
- Expert in handling social media platforms
