You will focus on creating and executing Marketing ad designs, templates and videos. You will create high-impact, visually appealing videos that capture attention and drive conversions on paid advertising. The ideal candidate must have experience creating video assets for paid advertising campaigns and handle fast turnarounds on projects.

Responsibilities:

Utilising creativity, problem-solving skills, and strong video editing fundamentals to execute creatives for online digital marketing, social media advertising, and other design-related tasks.
Write script and storyboard along with reference images/ footage for project execution.
Generating video ideas based on data, insights, brand strategy, and industry trends.
Conceptualize and create compelling motion graphics, designs, animations, and visual effects that align with project/task goals.
Work on planning, asset creation, animation, end card, and transitions.
Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail throughout the process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software advancements, and bring new ideas and creative solutions to the team.

Basic Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing Instagram reels and Tik Tok. Nice to have experience in motion graphics and animation projects.
Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Capcut.
Proficiency in creating visually appealing typography, text animation, layouts, and graphical elements.
Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into visually engaging motion graphics.
