Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor servers and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly backups of all servers.
- Assist in maintaining off-site backups.
- Monitor company and clients’ websites for vulnerabilities and perform updates.
- Assist with resolving client issues on WHMCS.
- Check transactions and ensure services are provided as expected.
- Monitor company email systems and resolve delivery issues.
- Assist in fixing website errors such as broken images and 404 issues.
- Create and update technical guides for training purposes.
