Master's (18 Years Education) or Bachelor's (16 Years Education) Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Applicants with a Bachelor's Degree are required to have 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Pakistan.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Understanding of HRIS will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
