We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Ismara Healthcare International. As a Sales Executive for our cosmeceutical products, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, results-oriented, and capable of representing our products with expertise and enthusiasm in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities to ensure consistent sales performance.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide product information and conduct product demonstrations for clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product improvement or market expansion.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer feedback, new market trends, and competitor actions.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

  • Conduct sales presentations to showcase the benefits of the company's cosmeceutical products.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with clients to ensure profitability and long-term business relationships.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges to management.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical, or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in B2B sales or with retailers/distributors is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

Sales & Negotiation Skills:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to build lasting relationships with clients.

Product Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with cosmeceutical products and their benefits in skincare or beauty.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the features and advantages of products to customers.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
  • Ability to present information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.

Customer-Centric Mindset:

  • Focused on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to address customer concerns and offer solutions to improve satisfaction.

Time Management & Organization:

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position with standard office hours (Monday to Friday).
  • Field-based sales role with occasional travel within the region.
