Check CCTV Surveillance system and backup, internet connection properly working or not at every start of the day.
Start outlets monitoring before 10 mins of opening time.
Check outlet's cam activity and report to relevant group if cam's aren't activated after 10 mins of opening.
Check staff and their uniform whether they are complete or not, if anything is incomplete then inform in to the concerned group or person.
Check factory & production Unit for all cam's activation.
Check factory & production unit cams after 30 mins and if any prohibited activity is found then inform to the relevant person instantly.
Making Fine Reports and daily opening closing reports or retail outlets.
Communicate operations & Administrative team if any camera , light or surveillance equipment need to repair, change or highlight technical issue of factory and retail outlets.
