Review of program documents (manual) as well as strategy documents in detail for understanding project mandate/deliverables relevant to your role.
Facilitation in identification and assessment of new children by carrying out domestic visits to orphan families for sponsorship.
Support in signing agreement with sponsored orphan’s mother/guardian and maintain updated individual files as per policy.
Facilitation to organize guardians into groups and arrange meetings.
Facilitate to ensure the availability of sponsored children's bank account details for timely disbursement.
Facilitation to ensure that the allocated families receive sponsorship money in time and complaints are resolved in time.
Facilitate CWDP families are informed about cluster meetings and other interventions of CWDP for sponsored families.
Maintenance of hard records that includes assessment records, legal documents, progress report forms, score cards, school progress reports,s and other documentation.
Ensure appropriate beneficiary data collection and screening prior to making any transaction.
Ensure proper filling of forms and formats as per desired standards.
Close coordination with line manager and team members for effective implementation of project activities.
