Provide support to staff regarding proper preparation and serving of food. Support day to day activities of the admin department, Preparation of Food and Tea to IRP staff and guests as well as Food & refreshment of events, supplies purchasing.

Technical:

Supply Chain

Tea serving to the guests.
Food Preparation for the staff.
Event food arrangements.
Record keeping of official mess.

Services

Follow the time schedule of the lunch, tea and dinner of IR staff and prepare food according to the instructions of the mess manager.
Preparing of food & serving during official events
Preparing and serving food, Cleaning of kitchen & crockery
While preparing food, strictly follow hygiene and sanitation and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils and dining hall.

Organizational:

Demonstration of IR Values while working with communities
Empowering communities to ensure organizational accountability
Knowledge of IR office decorum policies
Good understanding of minimum standards on child protection inclusive guidelines in humanitarian action.
Good understanding of PSEAH and Safeguarding.

To cater to the higher living cost, IR Pakistan is transferring the exchange gain (PKR-GBP) on salary to staff at a prevailing conversion rate till further notice. Salaries are paid in local currency.
