- upervise and mentor the admissions and outreach team, providing training and support to ensure high performance and excellent service.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and information sessions to connect with prospective students and their families.
- Oversee the application review process, ensuring fair evaluations and timely communication with applicants.
- Work closely with academic departments, marketing, and financial aid to create a seamless admissions experience for prospective students.
