Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, and information, researching, and recommending service improvements.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information including quotations, installation, and feedback forms.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks and attending meetings with doctors for clinical discussion and meeting with the technical staff at hospitals.
Assisting the Head of Departments in finalizing the deals.
Assist in the preparation of tender documents and follow up with the private and government sectors.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Serves as a technical resource and works in collaboration with engineers and clients as needed to provide effective end-user support and issue resolution.
Identifies problems in equipment and coordinates appropriate corrective action.
Installation and calibration of new equipment.
Stay abreast of the latest technology trends.
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
