Key Responsibilities:
- Active Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Sales and Prospecting: Actively seek out new opportunities on online freelancing platforms, effectively pitching your services to potential clients.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Thoroughly understand client requirements and tailor your approach to deliver exceptional results that exceed expectations.
- Project Management: Effectively manage your workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Adaptability: Be open to learning new skills and adapting to changing project requirements.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to understand and address client needs
- Proficiency in using online freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, etc.)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in relevant industry or skillset, e.g., graphic design, web development, writing
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
