Interwood Mobel Pvt Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager of Corporate Sales who demonstrates a strong ability to enhance sales strategies while cultivating effective relationships with clients. This role is crucial in achieving assigned revenue targets by maximizing sales opportunities from both existing and new clients. The successful candidate will be adept at developing a solid client base through engaging presentations that clearly communicate the companys products and services. Given the nature of the position, the Assistant Manager will work closely with a variety of departments, including the design team, costing department, Supply Chain Management, and Warehousing, to ensure the seamless execution of projects from initial contact to successful delivery. While this role does not entail managing a team, the Assistant Manager is expected to lead initiatives that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction effectively and proactively.
Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies and maximizing sales from both existing and new clients.
  • Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients through persuasive presentations that introduce and promote the company's products and services.
  • Manage front-end sales activities in collaboration with the back-end design team to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Address all client queries within 48 hours of receipt, ensuring high levels of responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the costing department to provide accurate quotations, maintaining stable gross margins while efficiently following up to close deals.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain Management and Warehouse departments to coordinate timely and precise deliveries to clients.
  • Conduct pre-delivery site inspections in partnership with the sites department to confirm readiness before dispatch.
  • Review and prepare bidding documents to respond to tenders and advertised opportunities, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Work closely with the Business Development department to identify new business opportunities and foster additional revenue streams.
  • Understand and analyze client needs, investigate and resolve service-related issues, collaborating with the Complaints Department for timely resolution.
