Company Overview: We are a leading international retail company with a widespread network of outlets across Pakistan. We are seeking a highly committed and determined individual to join our team as a Retail Operation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth operation of shops/floors, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory management.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service and addressing customer needs.
- Implement and monitor operational procedures and policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless store operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of retail experience with a strong background in operations management.
- Proven track record of driving sales and managing teams effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be male, with an age limit of below 35 years.
