- Ensure compliance with safe work practices, conduct daily toolbox talks, and adhere to ISO and OHSE management systems.
- Send daily shift reports, submit monthly performance and Oracle Downtime reports, and provide quarterly reports on the condition of major gearboxes.
- Ensure timely availability of necessary spares and maintain a secure daily maintenance log book.
- Generate and complete work orders for material issues and downtime complaints efficiently.
- Manage plant downtime by identifying and eliminating root causes.
- Address and resolve shift complaints promptly.
