Review the logbook daily and take necessary actions to address and prevent repetitive and critical faults.
Update ISO documents in accordance with defined procedures.
Visit each plant daily to identify and highlight issues, and discuss strategies for resolution.
Maintain an adequate inventory of crucial spares for the plants.
Utilize similar and available spares to minimize store inventory.
Supervise day-to-day repair work being performed.
Monitor and control downtime and manage the budget for the factory.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
