Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify and target potential clients to generate new business.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop marketing materials and content for various channels.
Skills:
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Implement and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Utilize SEO techniques to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Email marketing campaign management and execution.
General Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and highly motivated
