•        Handling customer queries regarding hotel/tour bookings over call

•        Resolve customer complaints/queries via phone, email, mail or social media

•        Manage large amounts of incoming calls from customers on a helpline

•        Provide accurate, valid, and complete destination information by using the right methods/tools

•        Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

•        Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

•        Manage CRM

•        Handling B2B calls

•        Responding to social media queries

•        Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

•        Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
