B2B Sales Representative

As an Outbound B2B Sales Representative at Interact Global, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential business clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products & services as solutions. Your goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive sales growth, and contribute to the overall success of our company. This position involves a combination of lead generation, prospecting, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Research and identify potential business clients through various sources.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Client Engagement:

Initiate outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients.
Effectively communicate the value of our [products/services] to potential clients.
Listen to client needs, provide solutions, and address objections.

Relationship Building:

Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business goals and challenges.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Sales Targets:

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company objectives.
Share insights and best practices to enhance team performance.
