We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our team and lead our truck dispatching sales efforts in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the logistics and transportation industry. This role involves prospecting, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients, including trucking companies, owner-operators, and logistics firms, for our dispatching services.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to secure new business and renew existing contracts.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively position our services in the market.

Collaboration: Work closely with the dispatching and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns or issues.

Performance Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
