We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Officer to join our team. He will be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝐃𝐚𝐲-𝐭𝐨-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

  • Oversee daily office functions, ensuring a productive and efficient working environment.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.

𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

  • Monitor and record employee attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies.

𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠

  • Assist in managing the company’s accounts, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐄𝐎

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

  • Execute various tasks assigned by company management, ensuring timely and effective completion.

𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬

  • Perform administrative errands as needed, such as liaising with vendors or handling other off-site responsibilities.

𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

  • Undertake additional responsibilities related to administration as directed by the management team.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
