Facilitate and lead the Agile development team in following Scrum practices and principles.
Guide and coach the team on Agile methodologies and best practices.
Work closely with the product owner to ensure that the product backlog is well-maintained and that the team has a clear understanding of the product vision and goals.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and remove any impediments that are preventing the team from achieving its goals.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
Work with other Scrum Masters to continuously improve the Agile development process and practices.
Monitor and report on the team's progress, velocity, and overall health to stakeholders.
