WordPress Developer

We are seeking a talented web developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client specifications. You will strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing and developing websites according to project requirements.

2. Collaborating with designers to ensure the feasibility of design concepts.

3. Writing efficient, reusable, and scalable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.

4. Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.

5. Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of websites.

6. Optimizing websites for maximum speed and scalability.

7. Conducting website testing and debugging.

8. Staying updated on emerging web technologies and best practices.

9. Troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions.

10. Collaborating with team members to brainstorm and create innovative solutions.

11. Proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin development, customization, and maintenance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a web developer or similar role.

3. Proficiency in front-end development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.

4. Experience with server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, etc.

5. Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.

6. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. Portfolio of previous web development projects is a plus.

Additional Skills (Optional):

Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques.
Familiarity with web accessibility standards and guidelines.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
Experience with WordPress development, including theme and plugin development, customization, and maintenance.
