As a Business Development Manager, you will lead a team of 5 business development executives, driving growth for our Salesforce consulting and development services. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 business development executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities in Salesforce consulting, web development, and application development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and insights from the market to shape service offerings.
- Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate detailed reports
- Present regular updates to senior management on progress and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.6-8 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT consulting or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Consulting Services is a plus
