Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Engage with followers and manage online community interactions to enhance brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant interests and a proactive mindset
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply
- Six months to a year of experiance may be a plus for this role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics tools).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Having a basic know-how in content creation on social media
- Knowledge of online marketing practices
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management
