Manage financial and accounting activities for construction projects to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Monitor project expenses and financial transactions, ensuring adherence to the budget.
  •  Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
  •  Track and reconcile project expenses, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  •  Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for Manager Accounts.
  •  Manage payroll for construction site personnel.
  •  Monitor and report on cash flow and manage project funds effectively.
  •  Ensure compliance with construction industry accounting standards and regulations.
  •  Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  •  Knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices.
  •  Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.
  •  Previous experience in construction accounting or a related field is essential.
