This is a full-time remote role for a Senior B2B SaaS Sales Executive at IMQRScan.com. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior B2B SaaS Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of IMQRSCAN, our cutting-edge QR code generator tool. This role is focused on outbound sales and requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can build relationships with key decision-makers in businesses and deliver strong sales outcomes. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with US and Canadian clients and is expected to work in the USA time zone.

You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospects, and closing deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities by targeting small to large businesses using outbound sales techniques (cold calling, emailing, and networking).
  • Outbound Sales: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to connect with decision-makers, schedule demos, and convert leads into customers.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a sales pipeline by tracking prospects, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth transitions from lead to close.
  • Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate the value of IMQRSCAN to potential clients, showcasing how it can solve their business challenges.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and current clients to ensure continuous engagement and sales growth.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably within a SaaS or tech-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, including prospecting, lead nurturing, and closing deals.
  • Experience working with US and Canadian clients is required, with a demonstrated understanding of their markets and business cultures.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to pitch complex SaaS solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Knowledge of QR code technology or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in USA time zones.

Salary:

Salary: PKR 70,000/month + Commission + Perfomance Bonus + Medical Allowances
