We are looking for a competent and professional resource for Executive Assistant to our CEO. Major Tasks will be as follows;

Complex Scheduling & extensive calendar management, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager’s attention
managing diary and appointments, attending specific meetings & taking notes, drafting minutes for manager/executive
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
