Client Services Executive

Ignite Pakistan is the biggest marketing agency of Pakistan. We’re specifically looking for a client service executive who can effectively handle client queries and projects. As CSE you will help in developing strategies and building strong relationships with customers. Our ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships. To succeed in this role, you should have relevant experience.

Objectives of this Role

Executing projects with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation etc.
Establish a trusted and strategic relationship to help drive continued value of our services
Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external people to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings

Required Skills and Qualifications

Internship or job Experience of one years of experience in communications, marketing and event planning
Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of PowerPoint and research tools
Event planning experience a plus
